Led by Metro Mayor Steve Rotherham, The LCRCA brings together the local authorities from Liverpool City Region’s six boroughs, to tackle the issues that matter to the 1.6 million people who live and work within them.

We’ve developed a strong partnership with LCRCA, delivering a wide range of work, including projects that look to tackle homelessness in innovative ways and campaigns to engage young people to get involved in decision making.

Innovation Prospectus

We worked with key stakeholders from LCRCA to design and deliver an innovation prospectus to drive investment into the region, showcasing the regions track record of success, and the world leading assets and capabilities we have here.

Internal Comms

The LCRCA had a shared vision that centred around five key priorities, but with diverse teams covering everything from transport, to energy, digital, culture and housing, internally, the organisation felt fragmented.

Our challenge was to bring the vision to life, and to give the big picture an identity that the teams could all relate to.

We delivered an internal brand, and a phased cross channel campaign to engage and excite the teams, and create awareness for how each role is playing its part in driving the region forward.

Active Travel

In response to the climate emergency, and as part of their vision for a greener, cleaner, brighter, and more connected future, the LCRCA were on a mission to increase the uptake of cycling and walking across the city region.

The LCRCA had already invested more than £40m to help better connect the walking and cycling routes to the rest of the transport network, making travel easier and quicker than ever before.

We were briefed to deliver a behaviour change campaign to encourage the public to take the active option for shorter, local or leisure journeys, by ditching the car and walking or cycling instead.

Working with partners, we devised a city wide, cross channel campaign promoting the benefits of people powered travel.
